I do not believe there is anything more they could do to improve what can only be described as first class service at an extremely reasonable price. All the staff I dealt with, Nigel [the optometrist], Carmen, Caroline and the manager whose name escapes me could not have been more helpful in ensuring I ended up with the right product. I was so impressed that I went back and ordered a pair of glasses to use on my bike as I am a keen cyclist. Never mind Spec-Savers, get to Boots In Ely

I had my visit today at the Ely branch and I was extremely happy with the service. I was welcomed by Natalie who helped me throughout the appointment. My optometrist was Nigel and he did a very visit explaining at the end what exactly I needed. After which Natalie helped me to choose a pair of glasses and she was very honest about which glasses suited me. I highly recommend the opticians here as I felt that they were actually interested in me and my needs rather than just selling. It was my first time at Boots opticians as before I I used to go to specsavers but I felt rather let down with their service the last time there. Here it was all 5 star and I will highly recommend to my family and friends.

The staff are always waiting with a warm smile and friendly greeting, inmediately putting you at your ease. The professionalism and customer service here is second to none. The staff work wonderfully together as a team and are a credit to Boots Optician Service. Therefore, I would like to say a big thank you to Naimisha, Natalie and Emily for looking after me so well and I look forward to seeing you for future appointments. Lisa Dhese
